If you’re not satisfied with your hand-painted frame, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

To start a return, contact us with your order number. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days. Please note that delays may occur during holidays or due to factors beyond our control.
